Check out the official second single from the beautiful and talented Chrisette Michele. This is actually my favorite of the material to leak from Chrisette’s sophomore album, Epiphany, which hits stores May 5th. On “What You Do,” Chrisette collaborates with hitmaker, singer/songwriter, Ne-Yo. Usually, I’m not too pleased with Ne-Yo’s lead vocal performances, but I love the way their voices sound together.
Last Friday, Chrisette shot the video for “What You Do” with director Ray Kay in Brooklyn. From the shots, the video looks like it will shape up to be pretty chic.

I truly loved her first album. This may me the only CD I purchase this year. I really don’t think Neyo can sing, but I love the way they blended their voices together. I still listen to I AM. I will be at Walmart on May 5th. You can’t help but love her.

Her label and publicity team need to step their game up and let the world know how talented chrisette is. Why do the best artists never get promotion?
