Legendary actor Robert De Niro and his wife, Grace Hightower-De Niro (former flight attendant) are seen arriving to the Vanity Fair & Tribeca Film Festival Gala on Tuesday night in NYC.
The couple has been married since ’97 and have one son together.
Robert De Niro (along w/ Jane Rosenthal) founded the Tribeca Film Festival in 2002 in a response to the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center.
It’s no secret that Mr. De Niro loves black women, he even made a movie about it; 93′s ‘A Bronx Tale’ (see it if you haven’t).

I’m not even going into the interracial relationship discussion because it can, and will, go on forever. I’d just like to know what was the prupose of saying his wife was a former flight attendant..? How is that relevant to…well, anything? I love CL, but that just bothered me :-\

@58. Whatever. That’s your opinion and here is mine: How many times have black women had to watch shows where black men/boys salivated over a white love interest. I think the world needs to embrace the black female/white male love so that it won’t be abnormal. It will show that black women are desireable by men that would naturally love white women but chose not too along with black on black love. I think that would say volumes. Because white women are getting a false sense of superiority with the present images like compared to them black women lose. This is the attitude behind Obama girl and probably the movie Obsessed. The media shuns white male/black female celebrity couples but celebrate the opposite. That needs to change because it is sending the wrong message of undesireability of black women.
