D.Woods is doing everything and anything to stay relevant since DK is O-V-E-R! I hope she doesn’t become a Paris or Kim type that just continues to show up at events so she can get her picture taken and stay in the spotlight. She seemed REALLY desparate on the MTB finale when she nearly begged Diddy to REHIRE her (joking or not), and then pleaded with the audience to follow her on Twitter eventhough MTV never put the camera on her to advertise her Twitter page. I even heard she was passing out FREE copies of her mixtape to the audience during Day26′s last performance. From what I understand she did nearly everything to get from under DK and MTB so that she could go it alone (inlcuding not showing up for the last season of MTB) and now she’s struggling just to stay relevant. WOW!

What MTB finale were you watching? Never once did I hear D.Woods “beg” Diddy nor “shout out her twitter page”. You must have had D. Woods confused with Aubrey. Now, she was begging for her job back and AUBREY was the one who kept bringing up her twitter page. D. Woods seemed calmed and collected, she spoke about how several different labels wanted to sign her, but of course she couldn”t get a deal right away ’cause Diddy just allowed them to get out of their contracts to pursue solo deals. So, I’m sure D.Woods will be announcing her new label home soon.
These pics are the best that I’ve seen of D.Woods thus far. I’m really proud of her for letting go of that tacky @ss side ponytail. Smh.
Sidenote: Can not wait for the next season of MTB where Diddy is searching for a new all girl group.

Dwoods looks better without the weave but sadly it looks like her career is dead. She hasnt picked up a record deal because she wasn’t a famewhore like Aubrey and she wasn’t as marketable as Aundrea. However it is Dwoods own fault to a large extent because she was off taking sides with Aubrey without realising that she would end up on her own without anything in the end.

She is close with Estelle, her sister and fellow GC memebers Shantell (Weezy’s singing partner & dancer), Meeka Means (should blow up in 09 signed to motown via Neyo) are very well connected and I would take her word 4 it when she say’s “she has label interest” and movie roles in the pipeline.
D’s a grinder and she has earned her stripes in the industry not to mention tunes of respect.
