The divorce paper say 7/23/03 as the date of marriage, but then the article says they met in 2002 at an MTV awards party (which is usually in August/September) and dated for 2 years before they got married. They had a special on TVOne or something maybe Bravo or Oxygen of their wedding in early 2005. I don’t know, maybe the papers are fake or there was a typo. What ever reason Kelis chose is good enough for her and that is all that matters.
