Superstar Pharrell Williams recently went through the painful procedure of tattoo removal. This involves lasers burning into your skin until the tattoo is less visible. Sometimes you have to go back 3 or 4 times because of the layers of skin. OUCH!
Anyway here is what Mr. P said on his blog about it:
“Laser treatment bitches! Extra crispy.” See, no skin graft here, just pure laser pain. This is our own version of Mythbusters! Laser is the new primer.”
I remember last year when N.E.R.D. had an interview with Myspace and Pharrell spoke about this very thing. I guess he was serious. Check out the video I provided above.

Yall better listen…..getting a tattoo back in the ancient days was a paganistic cultural/spiritual rite that became forbidden by God for Christians. So if you call yourself a Christian please don’t get tattoos. Why deface the only temple you have, because that is what your body is. Its like putting grafiti on a place of worship for God, would yall tag a church with grafiti.

Wow that’s ridic. I’m getting a tattoo removed, only one that’s about 3×5 inches, and it has taken over 10 laser treatments. It hurts, a lot!
I’m happy with my five tatts..I will probably get a new one, and that may be it or I’ll go for seven…but that will be it!
The idea of having tatts lasered just to get two new sleeves is CRAZY….all that pain just to have them done again! I mean, I can see getting tatts removed if they are sexual, the name of a former lover, or gang tatts, but other than that, choose wisely and keep the ones you get!

ahh!!! I CAN SO RELATE TO PHARRELL!!! When i was getting my 2nd tatt it was SOoooOOOoo PAINFUL!!!! more painful then my 1st one (barely felt anything on my 1st one). And i just made up in my mind, that i didn’t care if it looked a hotAmess, i just wanted him to stop!! and i wanted to go home!! I was sweating too, and so mines too was stinging also!! However i didn’t go as far as pharrell and asked him to stop. I was just reciting in my head how i was gonna tell him, but i never said it… we did have to take like 3 breaks though!!! lol
I have six tats and I’m done, and I can hide them all…I love tats on guys I think they are sexy, and I think small tats on girls is cute…

I am going thru the same procedure and it is not too painful. They numb the area first and after it just feels a little sore.
