1. – Beyonce Knowles stepped out last week in new york city wearing a plaid Dsquared2 blouse ($545) along with Blue Notch’s Birkin Skinny Jean. Her daily platforms for the day were YSL’s 105mm Platform Pumps ($795) and she decorated her eyes with Grey Ant’s Status Sunglasses ($230).
2. – Rihanna partied back home in Barbados wearing a white tank with her yellow Herve leger charlotte mini skirt ($598). She covered up with a Helmut Lang Denim jacket ($380) and decked her feet with Viktor & Rolf’s geometric sandals($1375)
3. – Christina Milian was sighted dining in LA looking casually cute with ripped denim jeans (similar to Guess Daredevil jeans ) and a thermal top. On her feet were Fendi bow-front heels ($705) and she carried a L.A.M.B Signature wiltshire bag.
4. – Halle Berry stepped out looking simple and stylish in a Thomas Wylde tunic top ($760) and on her feet were Camilla Skovgaard T-strap heeled sandals ($440). I absolutely loved her gold salatore ferragamo handbag she was carrying!

I’m sorry, but these chics are rocking looks you can get anywhere, you just won’t get that particular brand. I have yet to understand why people are going nuts over a plain plaid shirt, blue jeans and suspenders. (SMH) Heck, even Halle is kind of disappointing.
I do like Ri-Ri’s sunglasses, but guess what, there are many sunglass outlets that will have these shades. Perhaps they will not have that brand, but they will have something pretty close. Well, I do like Halle’s shoes, but still, there are stores that will have shoes pretty close to those.
I’m sorry, can’t criticize without a solution. Try Express, H&M, Guess stores, etc. You can find these looks. Sometimes the less expensive clothes look better.

Don’t get me wrong, Beyonce does looks cute but it looks like something my 16 y/o cousin would wear. It is a really young look. Now Hallle is more my style. It is simple and sophisticated w/o looking like she tried really hard.

and for women that are trying to recreate Beyonce’s look. Try any major dept stores boys dept that has Ralph Lauren. You can get a plaid shirt for $30-50.
and if youre super lucky. You can pull the entire look together for about $100 at Marshall’s/TJ Maxx.

Of all these featured above, Halle looks like she got her money’s worth. The others need to request a refund and fast. I spend a fifth of this and look ten times more stylish. If you don’t have good taste, all the designer goods and pricey gear in the world will still look cheap and crappy. Tacky is in Bey’s genes. She can’t help it. But, Christina and Rihanna can do better.

Hello? We are in a recession and we choose to salivate over clothes that are too overpriced?? I totally agree with ZION- these looks you can get anywhere- they are just clothes people!! My grandmother told me 2 things in life that stand true 1. You make the clothes, the clothes don’t make you. AND 2. If you have to spend money to be relevant, you are not relevant. Period. BLACK PEOPLE WAKE UP!!!! It’s cool to see a cute outfit but when the price tag for anything on your body adds up to more than what is in your bank account there is a problem. - She has the hottest shoe game, point blank.
- The jeans fit her legs very well.
- The top, bracelets, and suspenders coordinate very nicely together.

Rihanna:
- The only thing I’m fond of are her shades. Other than that she doesn’t really look too “hot” if I must say.
Christina:
- Such a pretty face but she does not know how to use it.
- First of all, that hair is a complete HELL NO. The color is all types of hideous.
- Her outfit is not that bad, I like the jeans and the shirt is normal and cute, nothing spectacular.

Next, if Beyonce started wearing Old Navy or “regular priced clothes”. I’m willing to bet it would turn into.. “OMG, she fell off”, “She’s cheap”, “She needs a stylist”. NEXT, stop fronting. Everybody knows cheap clothes don’t lay as well and don’t last as long. She has an image to uphold and I’m pretty sure shopping at Marshall’s isn’t going to cut it.
