Rolling the sleeves up is also a sign that she wore the wrong thing. A nice jacket would have been better but I do love that dress.

I think it was a great idea to stick with black and white for meeting the queen. She didn’t upstage her at all. It must be so complicated figuring out outfits that can work from event to event so her team gets major props for putting all this together. She looked great at the 10 Downing dinner as well.
