It seems as though the track “Hey Girl,” which was originally intended for Keri Hilson’s debut album, In A Perfect World…, which hits stores last week, has been sold to a new girl group called Paradiso Girls. Now, by looking at the picture and hearing their vocals, you are probably saying that these girls remind you of the Pussycat Dolls. Well, there’s a reason for that. PCD creater Robin Antin is responsible is for this new girl group.
In any event, “Patron Tequila” is the girls’ first single, but it seems like there was a weird time difference between this making the Keri album and this track being the girls’ first single. So you know we’ve gotta ask you… who sang it better?

okay.. they sound EXACTLY the same!! seriously, I had to go back and listen becauase I thought I was listening to the same thing twice. I think people who like C.H. said she did better and those who don’t like her said the other group was better. In reality, there was really no difference. BTW, I don’t care about any of them, I’m neutral.

Liked the girl group version better. They seemed more live like they really meant what the lyrics was saying! lol Keri is too grown for this song. Glad she didn’t include it in her album.

I was about to ask about Girlicious, but I see somebody beat me to it. I mean. They weren’t all that anyway, but can we get a follow-up single or at least an album released in the US? Robin needs to figure out what’s going on with PCD before trying to jump onto something else. I think the industry has moved on from the half-naked, medicore talented girl groups.
As far as the song, I didn’t like either version even though they sound about 98.3% the same. Keri was smart in dropping it from her track list. It would’ve brought her album down. I’m not a Keri fan, but I do like “Where Did He Go” and “Return The Favor”.
Paradiso Girls did it for me. Nice song. P.S @ 16 this group was created before Girlicious. But i do agree with you, i have to wonder how the hell does Robin find time for these groups? and does she realize that they are all gonna have to compete against each other
I see “cloning” is the new “IT” thing. The Paradiso Girls sounds like teenagers having fun. Keri Hilson sounds really nice on it. The song is just OK. The only difference in the song that is K. Hilson has Lil Jon & T-Pain on the track and the Paradiso Girls just have Lil Jon only on the track.

This song does not fit Keri at all because it’s too air headish…it’s more for groups like the Paradiso Girls, no offense. This is the type of wack shi** l can see on the Billboard Top 10. Club heads love this kind of music, cant wait till J’Davey blows up.

Girlicious is actually doing pretty well,they just went Platinum in Canada and are working on their next album.
