I love the cornrows on her. It sets her apart from how all of the other young ladies in the singing industry are looking right now. The outfits look good on her too. It’s amazing how when this girl came out a few years ago, everyone was giving her props from left to right. All of a sudden, she’s a “has been”, a “flop”, a “nobody”, etc. Damn, people can be hard on a sister! That’s what people do to you. They build you up only to see you fall. ciara has a bad rep. the people in her camp are constantly on pins and needles. trust me, she knows her career is falling apart, and it’s no one’s fault but hers. this girl is pure evil. you can see it in her eyes. she was so set on becoming the next POP princess, that she lost herself in the process. she needs to go back to jazze pha and philana, because they know whats best for HER. she’s NOT beyonce, hell she isn’t even rihanna! do better girl!
Ciara is young and having fun and is clearly a great dancer; however, I just feel like some of these entertainers can try to be more of a role model for our young black females. Although we as parents should be the first role models for our daughters, they still look to these starts and emulate what they see on tv. I don’t think all the sexually explicit dancing is necessary. You can dance, great! Show us you have more talent besides grinding all up on poles and men all the time. Teen pregnancy is already out of control.

I love that she’s rocking braids. I don’t see black celebrities rocking their natural hair anymore. The men traded in the braid and dreads for fuzz cuts. The women traded in more natural/realistic hairstyles for pounds of weave.
