Kelis, who filed for divorce from her husband Nas last month, is currently expecting her first child – a son. She is back on twitter again and wrote this:

Kelis is my role model! I love this woman dearly! Dont get it twisted….Ri-Ri studied the Kelis catalog. This is the woman who cut her hair first…than everyone else followed but decided not to give credit where its due! Respect the BOSSY CHICK! This is a bad azz chick! Only Kelis could come out like this despite being pregnant for the first time, with a messy divorce on the side and still find humor and strength within the situation. If yah hate on this? I can not help but question what type of chicks yah are. I like her hair…I like her look period…she’s not afraid to be different and she’s still rocking her style even though she’s preggers…she looks great.
I also like the fact that she is out and enjoying herself with friends instead of sitting in the house being depressed.

LOVE her eyeliner! Tracy is baaaaddd! I know Kelis and Dania are bffs, but it always looks like Dania plays dress up in Kelis closet. Kelis just always gets it. I used to put all kinds of things together (patterns and color wise), and it would turn out hot, but then I would see someone else trying to do it later, and the person would look like a clown. Some people just can do certain things, and others can’t. I think she’s cool w/getting the color and being pregnant since she’s about to drop soon. I was going to get purple highlights a few years ago, but I had to start my internship for the career I have now.
