That’s the real reason urban radio has died and is about to be bought out because people are tired of hearing the same old ish. They crave quality R&B and Hip Hop. Real music fans have abandoned black radio and have either made their own mixed CDs, bump old CDs, use their ipods and satellite radio to get the real music when they want since urban radio plays the same over exposed artists all the time. So what you just said was nonsense. Actions have finally spoken louder than words and trust if urban radio wants their listeners back they’re gonna have to start being fair and display a variety of real artists with vocals again like Toni Braxton.

@52 Deborah already came back in ‘08 with an album called The Promise which is good. But she was pregnant around the time the album dropped so I think that’s why there hasn’t been much promo for it. Tamia will be on tour with this summer but I forgot who it was with. If you use a Google search I’m sure you can find the info on that. Both Deborah and Tamia are on independent labels now so they don’t have the luxury of being promoted everywhere like major artists. So it’s up to us music fans to stay updated on them because the music industry is so messed up right now many don’t have the major platforms for advertisement like the girl group on CL’s background have right now (Rich Girl).
