I’m just going to say this. My comment was not intended to come off insensitive at all! Mariah loading 4+ carts on a plane? I thought of Aaliyah’s situation. As an Aaliyah fan, I was just hurt that people would think that I was trying to dame the memory of Aaliyah. And even more, when people talking about me ‘going to hell’ for a thought. Insane!*smh* Maybe if I would have elaborated instead of being lazy writing 7 words that would have made a difference,lol. But the fact remains,I love Aaliyah. And the image of 4+ loading carts on a plane, made me think about that tragedy! I do not like that I thought of that emotion (I mean, Who wants to think of death?)…but I did! Next time, I see a ridiculous image on this blog and it intiates a disturbing emotion, I’ll elaborate,lol.

The pilot did not use good sense, but I do not believe he was under the influence. He allowed his commonsense to be overwhelmed by the fact that he would be flying a famous person and her entourage and instead of saying NO we are over-capacity he took a chance and they all paid for it.
To many people and too much luggage.
Leave #5 alone. She was right. That much luggage should have been shipped or flown separately or on a larger airline or on a second trip.

It looked like clothes, equipment and stuff for a tour, so I assumed it was Beyonce` because that’s all this site has been talking about and the only one of a female R&B persona and who has “enormous” stat of a tour that would require this. Is it just me, or does her “stylish quotient” not equal the effort and amount of luggage she has to keep herself lookin’ cute- err, I mean halfway decent. I’m just confused, why you need that much stuff to look a hot mess???
I don’t agree with the Aaliyah reference, because the Aaliyah tragedy occurred in a more private environment with a series of unfortunate but isolated circumstances. Mariah clearly does not intend on boarding a small passenger aircraft with the amount of luggage visible in the photos, and that’s why it irritates and confuses me that anyone would make Aaliyah’s death applicable to this particular blog entry. The term “bag lady” would have sufficed enough to suggest that Mariah is carrying too much material possession. It’s just important to be careful when speaking of any tragedy that still remains with many.
