I like Dawn, but you can tell Brandy writes for her and I don’t like that. She needs to find her own sound, not that its bad being compared to Brandy but come one sweetie…discover your own sound
I think this song would sound better if it were a Dawn Aundrea solo duet. Dawn did a good job but Aundrea’s vocals can take it to the next level. I do think that Drea has a better chance solo than Dawn. She can sing and has the look. She is a ok dancer but needs to work on that. I think that if you take just solo vocals all Dawn’s solo songs don’t add up to Aundrea “Hold Me Down” ( that song was mostly her with a little singing parts from D woods and Dawn and Aubrey and Shannon’s talking part) vocals. Aundrea can just carry a song better. IMO
I hope success to both Aundrea and Dawn.!!!
