Really nice track and video!

The video was nice and she can definitely sing. These types of songs are played out, though. All this club banger song don’t have longevity. She needs to go for quality songs or maybe a mixture, since quality don’t sell anymore. It would be nice if she can do Brandy-like runs and harmonies, I think her voice would be good for it.

So the video was mediocre. I can tell she’s tryin, but she needs something new.

It’s a little on the ghetto side. Other than that though, the song is cute. With the African dance part all in blue, it reminds me of Busta Rhyme’s video, “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See.” She also looks like Keisha Knight-Pulliam to me.

The goodnews is that she looks beautiful……the bad news is that the song is wack, no substance and waaaaaay too much autotune on the vocals. With all due respect,the record label really needs to regroup on this one, it aint right!

However I think this could be a banger for the summer. a anthem for girls experiencing this kind of situation. cause every girl knows hot days equal a hot mess. this is when your man wants to wild out and this songs fits that exact situation.

Well there’s definitely something to be said about fans not being sophisticated or diverse in their views, because clearly everyone is not on Team Teairra - which is cool, but I am personally feeling her, the song, and the video. But I would have to say that I kinda resent this video being considered “ghetto.” First of all that word alone is a misnomer, and in most cases is poorly used. I am not sure what ghetto some of you all have been too, but I am pretty sure that Las Vegas Clubs, expensive clothing, and expensive drinks was not part of the equation. The song is catchy, the video is entertaining, and Teairra looks lovely in the scenes. I have high hopes for this song, as well as for her project at large. Hopefully she can create a new fan base, because she definitely has the potential to be around for some time to come. Big ups to Teairra Mari!!!

Even though I just can’t really get into her, I dunno why. It’s something. I like the song and the video is cute and she looks really nice and the neon thing was cool. There’s nothing wrong with club bangers cos don’t know nabout you but I go to clubs to dance my arse off to a hot beat and catchy lyrics, not overanalyse the lyrics and the subliminal messages HOWEVER this song/video shouldn’t define what she’s all about if she has more to offer.

I personally didn’t think it was ‘ghetto’ although I can see why some would say that… Mariah Carey and the Dream’s video for ‘My Love’ was stereotypically American ghetto.

I can’t put my finger on why I’m not that into this lady. She’s very pretty, songs are not too bad. The video was very engaging (I actually watched the whole thing). I think maybe she needs to have a distinct style/image. She switches her look up too much. If I saw her walking down the street, I wouldn’t know she who she was or that she was famous.

Hope this is not to late and someone in her camp sees this. Constructive critism that can be changed. Ok i as a viewer felt the video was a bit too much, too much going on it gave off the effect of trying too hard. She may be talented but her team needs to find her own unique way of coming out as this may seem as being done before. Maybe her own identity may help to incorperate who she is in her look or style, not what other artist have now, or what she thinks the audience want, she may need to go in her own lane to be noticed. She may also think about working with writers, that song had to much hook to me not much verse, it sounded very repetitive. If you want her to be international create her own lane hope it helps and word gets around. Apart from that glad to see she didnt give up on her dreams and made it happen again, wish her best of luck. And remember shes competing with no one but herself.
