Singer/songwriter Keri Hilson and recording artist/producer Pharrell Williams pose for pics at the BET AWARDS ’09 nominee announcements on Tuesday in NYC.
Beyoncé, Lil Wayne, and T.I. lead the nominations for the awards; they all scored five nominations apiece. They were followed by Keri Hilson and T-Pain with four each. Rihanna (Video of the Year, Viewer’s Choice and Best Collaboration), Kanye West, Jamie Foxx, and Jazmine Sullivan each nabbed three nominations.
Jamie Foxx will host and Beyoncé, Maxwell, and Ne-Yo are scheduled to perform, which will air live in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 28.

Y’all know they changed the date so Beyonce could make it right? Up until now the awards has been scheduled for the first week in June but because Beyonce is busy touring then they changed it to the last week. LOL.

Beyonce should win hands down for the video of the year – SL cuz no matter what anyone says – especially the haters – SL caused a world wide phenon – u cant deny that.
In addition I’m not going to list her stats for the IAM cd – each single is either platinum or gold – each single. SL is 3x’s plat, IIWAB 2x’s plat, Diva – plat and Halo is GOld. Not to mention she just received to Certified Gold awards in Belgium and some other place the name escapes. She was #3 on the billboard charts for 3 months. Now she’s #15 – I think. She’s consistently selling 20,00-25,000 cds a week IASF is 2x’s plat in the US and 2x’s plat in the world.
Im not going to include her endorsement deals b/c that’s not fair to the rest of the R&B so called pop princess’s in the game. Everybody will have their time but right now it’s Bee season.
