Singer/Dancer Ciara hosted the grand opening of Next Level at Prime on Wednesday night in New York City. She also stopped by “106 & Park” earlier in the day to promote her new album, Fantasy Ride.

I think Ciara looks nice…however, I, too was thinkin that she had on too much winter stuff…i live in DC…we’ve had some warm days, then it gets a lil cool at times but i still put my boots away as it is spring season.
