Beyonce wears panty hose because they make her legs appear a bit smaller than they actually are. Doesn’t help though her legs are huge, and i think the more she tries to tone them they look bigger. Anyway no wonder she is always in heels, everybody knows stilletos make your legs look skinnier and longer. The top of the outfit is not bad, but the bottom is hideous. I guess she is not sure how to put different looks together to make one. Not everybody has that style niche, but she sure is trying to do a more edgier look, it just isn’t woking.
