Singer/T.V. personality Kelly Rowland was spotted outside the Mr Chow restaurant in Los Angeles, California on Monday night. She is currently hosting the new reality show on Bravo entitled The Fashion Show. I haven’t peeped it yet, but people say it’s a Project Runway rip off. Whatever works…

The Fashion Show sucks. Kelly, IMO, has nothing to do with fashion and is not needed. Also, she doesn’t seem to be being herself on the show. The whole thing is just forced and it’s painful to watch her on screen.

@natalia..yea its crazy..they wanted to copy the show but not copy it if u know what i mean and its not that good…kelly looks like she is remembering lines in instances where she supposed to jus be natural..im tryin to give it the benefit of the doubt tho cuz they are both new to it..and they know what they were gettin themselves into ..those are some big shoes to fill but im with you..when project runway comes back on im on it cuz the fashion show is lame..and honestly..the designers creations arent even really that good when they go out on the runway

Kelly is so out of her league on that show. I kid you not – once an entire row of intelligentsia gave their legnthy opinions/critiques and when she was finally confronted with her turn, she said awkwardly “I agree with her.” I don’t know how anyone from that styled-deprived pack of losers that was Destiny’s Child ever got on a show about finding new talent in fashion.
But to be fair, Heidi doesn’t know anything either… As a model, though, I think we give her credit for intuition: she’s seen enough to sort of get it if it’s worth getting. Kelly, on the other hand, is about like the Charlie’s Angel lady on Bravo’s hair show.

She should consider sticking to TV and Destiny’s Child reunions because she looks soooooo good on “The Fashion Show” and her personality comes across very well on screen. The music game is just a set up for disappointment; not just for her, it’s hard for everyone in the game now especially without any momentum. “The Fashion Show” is great and I hope it does well.
THE SHOW IS DEFINITELY A PROJECT RUNWAY RIPOFF AND KELLY’S presence is not relevant. I hope Bravo is planning on keep this mess instead of BRINGING PROJECT RUNWAY BACK.

LOL @ #3 saying missing Nina a bit. This show makes me miss her too, and she was never my #1 judge. #4, Merlin is entertaining and reminds me of Pinnochio and his pet for some reason. Kelly is an amazing singer. The show is not a rip off of Project runway. You idiots are SUCH HATERS!!!!!!! Her last two cds were GREAT. Her music has substance behind it. Twenty years from now I can pop in a Kelly rowland cd and still enjoy it. Not to mention she is diverse when it comes to making music. I’m surprised to see so many negative comments about The Fashion Show. I’ve actually been enjoying it and looking forward to it each week. Maybe its b/c I’ve never seen Project Runway (it always looked boring to me).

umm noone is hating on kelly geesh calm down…its not kelly show..she not the brainchild behind it so noone was directly attacking her..but the truth of the matter is THE fashion Show is a rip off of project runway im going to have to assume you never saw project runway. the only reason bravo has that show is because project runway left and went to lifetime and it was such a success they needed to find something to replace it.
Kelly is a talented beautiful young lady but that show isnt really that good. And its not her fault. its the producers. she just there collecting a paycheck.

I love Fashion Show, even though I’ve only seen the first episode and a portion of the 2nd one. Issac Mizrahi is the bizness, one of my favorite designers…she’s partnering with the right person…he will be the ideal person to go to if she decides to put out a line, in which I’m sure she will…ppl…it’s about marketing and Kelly is doing a fine job…ya’ll haven’t seen anything…these reality shows are a springboard for pre-selling “whatever”….jumpstarting or re-igniting careers…now if Ashanti can remain viable…Ms. Kelly certainly can continue to grace editorial pages, do films, merchandise and possibly sell records, if not but overseas…her fanbase is growing…everyone wasn’t in love with that fake Heidi, dry, mean Michael Kors…personally, I couldn’t take watching the show but toward the very end…Tim is the only one on that show with some real humanity and soul, whom I really like…Project Runway went to another network, so they created similar show of the same order…I believe there have only been two episodes to air to cast such harsh criticism…give it some time…Kelly is in a great place and if the show’s promos are accurate and the critics love it and the show gets good ratings, they all will continue to prosper…Kelly looks great in the clothes…she has such a great model look herself…Issac Mizrahi partner’s with Oprah…Our first Lady was a lovely vision of purple this past weekend wearing an Issac Mizrahi dress…so his name is getting an incredible buzz for those unfamiliar…which will help the show….Kelly has a great fanbase that want to see her do well…her success has nothing to do with her DC Family, so stans don’t have to crucify…Thank God, God is Kelly’s promoter, provider, protecter and Overseer and not us…we all would be in big trouble…Go Kelly, you’re doing a FANTASTIC JOB…so many have your back!
I really don’t understand black people, why we so easily disparage each other, not that you have to like everything a black person does or support what you don’t believe in or can’t offer a honest critique.
