Ok this is NOT accepting my vote, whats up with that? I think Monica looked cute but the jacket kinda throws the outfit off. Like she kinda put on a jacket b/c it was chilly outside. I like her jeans and shades. Beyonce looked more put together like she was wearing an ansambel I like her necklass, shoe combo.
