EXCLUSIVE PICS OF MICHAEL JACKSON PREPARING FOR HIS TOUR LAST MONTH

Sunday, June 28, 2009

In these handout photos provided by AEG/Concerts West, Michael Jackson and choreographer/director Kenny Ortega rehearse for the ‘This Is It’ tour on May 6th in Burbank, California.

Michael was working hard on his “This Is It” comeback tour, which was set to begin next month, before his unexpected death.

Ticket Promoters are now deciding what to do with these dates. Some are speculating that they will have celebrities do a memorial tour for those concert dates in MJ’s honor.

Buggin.
Am I the only one that feels Michael wasn’t suppose to die(immortal)?
I guess what I’m trying to say is Michael was and is Forever being = Someone you can never forget or stop missing, like your mother or father.
God please watch over Prince,He’s all we have left.

My prayers go out to Michael and his family. Our Society must get out of the way we characterize, and persecute people when they are living. The Media helped build Michael, as well as his brothers (Jackson 5) up in the early 70’s and throughout, however, after Michael acknowledged some uncomfort business practices with Sony, and their President of Sony at the time, the media went into a let’s tear Michael down rampage. Now that Michael is gone, but not forgotten, the same Media outlets are now wanting to give Michael his props, and saying how good he was as an entertainer, and as a humanitarian. He has always been as such!!! God knows, and knew where Michaels’s heart was, and I am sure he is at peace.

Go Away

You were music, you were more than sane
And the world appreciated you for who you were …we all felt your pain but you
You gave your all until the end , you are so loved…Michael, why did u go away…
It hurts so bad, o how my heart feels so so sad, but inspired if you only knew the effect you had on me and my future…a talent no one could ever touch. But the reason that they might even try is specifically to pay tribute or try to fill the void that your fans now have. I know god will take care of you, u are in perfect hands and a perfect heart….but why ..why is the question that I must ask …

The world is in complete frustration and anguish….if we only could rewind to the past…. One more dance, one more song , one more album, or one more performance would maybe heal the millions of hearts that are hurting …but then again I know that we would only miss your presence more, your music is truly what the world yearns for…

Your music spoke to billions of people on this earth, your lyrics made people feel that someone understood them and it’s so sad….. There is a melancholy stillness that will forever exist in your dedicated fans hearts..but we will learn to cure it with the soothing words and sounds of your music and the soundtracks to our lives.

Your personal struggles are all besides the fact, I never cared about the rumors and the lies. I just cared that the media try to murder you. And ridicule .you. With such a kind and sincere heart…a man who gave back not for show but from the heart .. Michael , I can believe you are gone…my heart cries out for your mother. Who loved you unconditionally and never judged u …..my heart dies for your children who have to grow up in life without their beloved loving father…the world seems so cruel at times… and something doesn’t feel right.. I wish you could have stayed ……Micheal, you will be more than missed…it’s devastating that you had to go away

angel post my poem

agree 12, he did die do what he loves - enduring all that hard work to make a comeback. It put extreme pressure on him. I see no difference from when he was 21.(dancing wise) But obviously his body did.In michaels situation it wasnt mind over matter. He was ill half of the time.

co sign 10. very true..

@ 5. I knw where your coming from. I wasnt feeling it when game stated the N word in the tribute.Im 20, but from day my ears heard his music - i havent heard michael utter that word was utered from his lips. There is no other like him. Only 1 & always will be.Truly humble & respectful.

—- He looks cheerful - he said he was most comfortable performing & being o stage. You definately can see the twinkle in his eyes. I wanted in see him in London. It is unfortunate. Still in disbelief. Been rewinding his videos since thurs. I love dirty diana, beat it(is my fav) and heal the world. (It like listening to them the 1st i heard them. So fresh & raw.The up tempo songs make me want to get up & imitatae his moves. The sad ones are tear jerkers.

Sunday, June 28, 2009 /

Awe Mike…. im gonna miss you, only god knows how the concerts would have turned out. I think what upsets me most about his death was the fact that he died so lonely and that he wasn’t truly happy deep down, despite being loved by so many he didn’t really feel loved per sae…if you get what i mean. But atleast hes not suffering anymore on the otherside.

R.I.P MJ we will miss you… :(

Michael Jackson was HEAVEN SENT!!! No one like him….only time will tell if there will be someone better.

This is gonna sound weird, but I am glad MJ died when he did….Because the people that were out there for his money would have paraded him around like a court jester to pay “debt” and for greed.

Now the people that have shamed his name (the media) can see how they took his music and greatness as a person for granted. We all have!! I spent about 4 hrs looking at his videos yesterday and I am sad to see him go, But HAPPY cuz I know he is in a better place where only God judges man.

Love you MJ! RIP the greatest entertainer of all time

I’m still shocked and saddened by this. It is constantly on my mind and I really am not sure why. Yesterday I visited the Jackson Family home in Encino and saw all of the messages that fans have left for MJ, but it is still sooooooo unbelievable. My prayers are with him and his family.

#5 totally agree w/ you. Game should have displayed some moral dignity especially since Michael was old enough to be his father! Wasn’t like he was making a tribute for Tupac or something.

Has anyone else noticed from these recent pictures (including the Times tribute) that MJ had strikingly large hands for his frame. I heard a reporter on Access Hollywood speak of this but i’m just beginning to notice it.

Michael…You will always be “The King of POP” to me forever!!!
This rehersal just shows he gave 110%, even when fans and the
public wasn’t around. He cared about honing his craft just that much.
It would be so special and caring if the original Jackson 5 , Randy
and Janet would perform in his place. This would be the opportune
time for the Jacksons to put aside all of their creative differences,
and problems and honor Michael with a one of a kind tribute concert.
I know all of his fans would treasure this concert in person and on dvd
for years to come.!!!

your time of sorrow. And secondly, please reunite and start giving
concerts singing old Jackson 5 hits, Micheal’s songs and new material.

For people upset with the GAME for calling Michael , my n@@@, please remember Mike loved gangsta rap. Loved Dre as a producer and beat maker. Mike used real thugs in his videos, and most importantly Mike has the word in his song. Mike did a song with Notorious BIG and in the song, Nortious said, I’m a kill a n@@@, I ain’t joking. It’s on the second cD of the History album. And we don’t know how Mike talked when he converse with the rappers he meant, or around his boys Cris Tucker, Magic, etc. Mike from what people who knew and meant him was real cool and nice, so he probably call his boyz my ni@@@. I, think people would be surprise by the Mike we knew and the everyday Mike. Mike had thugs in his videos, apart of him probably was street. lol. We don’t know. Mike by his own admission would go to S.C.L.A. and watch the kids breakdance, and use it. Mike could have been throwing down. lol. He always played a gangsta in his videos.

God Bless and keep the whole Jackson family and all of his REAL friends in light of their tremendous loss. He seemed to be a gentle, humble spirit who wasn’t appreciated the way he should’ve been while he was here on Earth. This should be a lesson to us to celebrate Black celebrities who are doing positive things & to love and appreciate the people in our lives WHILE they’re still here with us.

No one will ever make music like this man again!

BET Awards had it own itinerary. It has been in the works for months.
KING MJ died suddenly.
U think in 3 nites they could do a proper tribute 2 MJ’s 30yr career?
Calm down.

MJ deserves a proper tribute & I am sure 1 is in the works.
They need 2 do it w Mya, Ciara, Usher, NeYo, maybe CB is his probabtion officer allows it.

I agree @50 & 51-I ONLY watched BET’s Awards to see a moving tribute to MJ-and I was disappointed but not surprised. It is BET of course. They tried to do too much. The “tribute” part of the show should’ve been reserved for one part of the show. Even that I couldn’t take seriously when they have Jay-Z singing D.O.A.-very inappropriate all around.

I did tear up seeing Janet say that Michael is an icon to us but he’s family to her. Jamie tried-but the producers weren’t cooperating. Thank God Michael was far from that mess! Unfortunately-BET is consistent in letting it’s viewing audience down.

TREY SONGZ GAVE MJ HIS PROPS AND SO DID MARLON WAYANS.

I’m still in shock and partly in denial over this whole situation. I hope the media (real media) continues to honor MJ’s legacy and respect him for the true icon and genius he really IS. Because we all know sh!t is about to get really ugly. We can’t let them tear MJ down.

Well,

All I can say is Michael will always be the best Pop star that ever lived. There will never be anyone better. It’s funny how he left this world a year or so after his icon James Brown did. All the Greats are slowly passing on. I pray Michael’s soul is at peace. I really believe Michael had it rough all of his life. I also believe that he was a very fragile person inside and out, that’s where the self mutilation with the surgeries and thing like that came into play. He was on display all of his life and I think after awhile that will distrub anyone’s psyche. He was just another human being, just touched by God with his gifts. I hope that he didn’t molest those kids and things like that, because we will never really know what went on…His father Joe Jackson made Michael the Great Entertainer he is, but with too much discipline, and I think that affected his psyche over the years as well. But, you know black parents back in the day felt that this was the only way to ensure that their child becomes something great, through strict disicpline and I think Joe had good intentions, but it definately affected Micahel in some kind of way.

I just hope that people will remeber Michael Jackson for his talent and humanitarianism. I hope they don’t make his death into a more publicity extravaganza. I think they should do all of his memorials and celebrate his life. Then let him rest. I believe that’s why God is taking these celebrities b/c they need rest from the publci eyes, and for the public to focus more on the Master which is God, the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. It’s time we look up to Jesus instead of man. Michael was only a man, used by God to inspire!

Rest in Peace Michael, and thanks for all the years of great music that continues to touch us all!!!

That’s looks like Darryl Phinnessee standing next to him. I would like for somebody to shed some light on who this man really was. I believe he was caring and naturally a good person. Good people are often taken advantage of by opportunists. I miss Michael and love his music. He is the biggest entertainer in the world and no one can change. Not even the white folks. Yes, he’s bigger than Elvis and the Beetles. This funeral will be the largest memorial and his death will be talked about for years to come. It’s sad but I feel that he’s in a better place now without the worry and stress. RIP My baby Michael.
