SPOTTED: JAY-Z LEAVING DINNER IN CALI

Jay-Z was spotted leaving the Katsuya restaurant in Hollywood on Sunday night. Recent news reports suggest that the rapper is negotiating a number of multi-million dollar deals from major record labels after leaving Def Jam last month.
