Tyty I don’t know what you were listening to but pulse is exactly the type of song that Toni needs to reconnect with her audience. She does not need bubble gum pop or hip hop on her album.She is a mature adult, catering to a mature audience and I personally love this song, nowadays Toni is about 1 in a handful of maybe 5 or 6 singers that can still sing.I believe that she is heading in the right direction and I am looking forward to her album.

@KBCPT&LBC the problem with cassie is she has no swagger. she could’ve fooled everyone and made them think she was more talented than she is if she had the right attitude. like in the charlemagne interview, he humiliated her and when she “defended” herself, her voice was so soft etc. she needs to learn how to act like she’s the sh** in order to convince others that she is. that’s the way the masses are. they believe what they see so she needs to work on what she is showing.

Love the Toni song… and I say that as someone who does appreciate a few of todays acts, but it’s sooooooooooooooo good to hear an actual SINGER for a change (and a Great one at that). The main reason I don’t get too bent about todays lack of real singers in the industry is because I know the autotune fad will die it’s death soon enough. People are already bored and under nourished by it, which is why news of artists like Maxwell making a comeback have been met with such fanfare

Toni-It’s nice. She always shines on a beautiful ballad like this. Her range is so soothing.

Cassie-The song isn’t bad but the singing is. You don’t have to amazing vocals to sing this, but she sounds so lazy on the track like she’s just reciting something on a sheet of paper. So boring. Diddy is wasting his money on this girl. This song could have went to someone else and it could probably good single for that person, but instead it goes to….ms. no talent.

Lloyd-It’s cool. I like that’s talking about life, when he usually talks about macking a girl on his songs. This is a nice change of pace.

Pretty Ricky-This song is actually good and this is coming from someone who has never liked Pretty Ricky. I don’t know if this song will go anywhere because of that hot mess of a video from Spectacular though.

@3 The difference between those women and Cassie is what they lack in vocals they make up for in creativity, charisma, and performing their ass off. Cassie doesn’t even come close.
