Brandy is already working on her sixth studio album, and it seems as though tracks and demos for the R&B sensation haven’t been on lock! Brandy and Ne-Yo material is leaking left and right. I love Brandy’s vocal arrangements and delivery – her voice runs like water to me, but for some reason, I am just not fond of hearing Ne-Yo with her. He doesn’t match her intensity at all to me, but the song isn’t half bad.

Is Mya working on a new album? I haven’t heard much from her since she had to resign from taking the stage for the remounting of Chicago, and her last album, Sugar & Spice was only released overseas. Apparently, she’s gearing up to release in the United States market again later this year on her own independent label called Planet 9. Interesting.
Sterling Simms – Say So (full) – listen
R&B crooner Sterling Simms is still cranking out material, after the release of his album Yours, Mine & The Truth last year. The new track, “Say So” is produced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins. I actually really dig the track, it’s something fresh and different. I like the different sounds that were played with. So does this mean a second album is in store for Sterling, considering Def Jam didn’t really do what they should have with the promotion of his project.

I dug this song when it first came out, without all the features, so I decided to give you guys the remix, especially since Drake is on it, and everyone is digging him right now. I think “Digital Girl” is actually single worthy, but it seems as if after “Blame It,” Jamie hasn’t been doing much with the promotion of his album, Intuition.

Wow! I’m digging the Brandy and Ne-Yo. I was just watching the Brandy Cinderella movie 2 days ago. Yeah I took it back but don’t act like you didn’t watch it too lol. Yall should post that vid of Teyona Taylor singing that Brandy song. Idk that Brandy was her idol.
I actually really liked the Brandy and Ne-Yo song. It is a little depressing but if you listen to the lyrics you’ll understand why. Her voice is always gorgeous.
There is a version with B-Rocka singing by herself for those of you who aren’t feelin’ Ne-Yo. I like this version, great song.

Brian just listen to the version with just her vocals its on point. I was feeling the same way about Neyo being on the track.
As for Mya I use to cut for her but does she got what it takes for the US music scene. I dont dont jnow anymore.

Sterling..who? I wasn’t feeling the track..his vocal delivery sounds like every other upcoming singer..I wasn’t impressed…
the sterling song was actually demoed by Johnta Austin (which we still need an album from) but sterling does a good job with it… just said he’s not getting the promotion he deserves
and the brandy song was ok… i like anything that brandy is on but another song with ne-yo…. smh has me not feelin it that much

Thats my baby B-rocka.. Of course she sounds great as usual. But i have to agree- Ne-yo doesnt have “the voice” to be singing with Brandy. Her voice is gold, he is scrap metal- lol… But im joking, Ne-Yo is ok, just not with her in this song. Ne ways, love you Brandy, cant wait to your next ablum, you never disappoint me and i will support you forever!
Poor Mya was really a talent, don’t know where she went wrong, more than likely it was signing with Universal/Motown, and I agree about Def Jam totally f’ing up Sterling Simms album ’cause it was really good…boy can sing. I wish them both success.
I love Show Me Somethin. The song is actually gonna be featured on a mixtape not an album. The mixtape called Beauty and The Streets.
I hope that this is just one of few slow tunes on Brandy’s next cd. She seems to just not get it. Doesn’t she realize that her best music was the fast stuff from Full Moon and Afrodisiac? No more songs trying to sound like Celine Deion, please!!! Enuff already! Geesh….

I was testing, excuse my repetitive oh’s…lol I hope Mya can do a combat, I notice she switch her style up to appeal to the new change of music of today. Sterling Simms sounds like the same o , typical R& B, Brandy and Neyo sounded nice, and the Jamie Fox Remix was okay, I just can’t feel this Drake Character, he sounds like he trying to be like Kanye West with a twist of Lil Wayne. Its okay to be inspired by an artist, but to imitate their style….the well….. I get bored, and then its just the same o mess to me
