I say LeToya!! The shoes added something funky to the outfit and it worked for her. They are both thin so they can wear the dress well but I liked Toya’s look best.

Selita’s shoes look way better with the dress but her boob popping out like that is tacky and lacks class.
I gotta go with Toya on this one because her figure flatters this dress a bit more, although i think some simple spike heels (black) would have compliamented the dress a whole lot more than the Alexander Mcqueen heels (but i love those shoe, just not w/ that outfit)!
LeToya rocked it better. Although I don’t like her shoes, she fills out the dress better amd made the dress look classier. I don’t think Selita should have exposed her some of her boob, it just makes the dress look cheap.
