D. Woods, formerly of Danity Kane fame is still in the studio working on new material for her Independence Day mixtape series, as well as her solo debut album. While still focusing on music, Woods has also been working on a couple TV and film projects.
D. Woods, who celebrates her birthday in Miami this weekend, is gearing up to release the second part of her mixtape sometime this summer. Expect to hear new music from her very soon!

I didnt get to hear the song but i bet Diddy is laughin his azz off right now at her if the comments here are true about it being super wack. At least she finally looks nice for a change in these pics. And Lil Wayne mentioning her on a track- well I wouldnt consider that a compliment considering that he IS fucking every girl in the world without protection and he mentioned he would like to hit her too? Sounds like he is saying she is just like every other girl out there- not good. Yukk

The song isn’t as bad as some of y’all makes it seems. yeah it’s true I was surprised at the auto tune and the high pitch of her voice. but I think that song was just meant to try to experiment her vocal abilities. I hope she can come up with something better, I still think she got enought talent to make it on her own. she just needs to make sure that she has the right single and production and soul. I like d.woods becuz she seems to have a down to earth personality, and I hope she goes far, she does have a good voice, so don’t be too quick to write her off. wait 4 her debut album, to really give ure opinions. but really the song isn’t that bad. she’s tryin’ to stand out, give her props 4 that at least. she’ll have a good song soon, just wait.
