Seems like everybody and their mama is rocking a short hairstyle and singer/dancer Ciara has just joined the club. She posted two Blackberry photos of her new haircut via her twitter page on Friday night – saying she was just having fun.
Hairstylist Kiyah Wright (pictured above) did the cut for her. While, it doesn’t look permanent, it is still a new look for her. Are you feeling it?

I think people are really getting over that myth that long hear equals a woman. I think its a wig though, but every singer has a long flowing hair, brown, highlights. Everybody is the same to me.

Like Ciara, I have a more small/defined face so when I have longer hair I always end up looking bland and plain….
But I love the new look on her…

I like my Ciara with hair. I can see her with a shoulder length do. I hope it’s a wig, but she’s still pretty. I will say, her face is on point in these pics.

While its cute, I don’t think its HER. Like long hair, short hair may be cute but it becomes some people more than others( included with personality). I agree I am a short hair lover, but it is starting to be unoriginal. That was the appeal of a short cut. And everybody going short doesn’t make it stand out anymore :/

It’s summer, that’s usually when people go with short hairstyles…As long as she doesn’t dye is Ronald McDonald Red or rock one of those dreadful project chick hairstyles then it’s cool.
She has got gross ears though.
Another tip is if you have this haircut (or wig to all the black ladies out there) make sure you have the right facial symmetry and the right ears LOL!
