I guess short is the new long.

You know, as much ish as I talk about Rihanna at least she has an angle, she knows her career is hanging on by a thread, but she found her nitche to be able to make up for not having the talent to sustain a career.

Ciara on the other hand is boring as hell, she tried selling singing, she can’t sing, but so can’t a lot of other newer artists, she tried selling her performing, it got old, and she’s not innovative, she tried selling sex , everybody’s doing that, and her music is based on a fad, crunk died almost a soon as it started.

Her selling her image is not going to work either, because she just don’t have the what it takes to last in this music thing. She can shave her head bald and nobody would really care because she would still be performing the same breathey, monotone, half rapping, nonsinging, songs shes been doing, the only difference is she would have a bald head. I’m all for people persuing a dream, but this music thing is no joke to me, I feel like everything has it’s place, even some of the shallow pop crap, but if you cannot be innovative with in your own genre and contribute to music in some way, I think you should step the hell on.

I actually think that the short do fits her face better than all of that fake a** long hair weave but WTF is up with these female singers? When Rihanna changed her hair, she was finding her own attitude, music and fashion sense all at the same time - so it was more than just a new hairstyle,. I rooted for her when she became brave enough to break out of that safe Beyonce mold and become her own person. (B has her lane on lock, anyway.) She evolved and made the music scene more interesting and fun. She was the one to watch. Rihanna had become new and fresh. But if you’re talking just about Ciara’s hairstyle, sure it’s cute. But she needs to change lanes, cause the one she’s on is too well traveled.
