Beyonce attended the Show Your Helping Hand Campaign Press Conference at the United Center on Friday, July 17th in Chicago, Illinois. The superstar played a gig later on that night for her ‘I Am’ tour.
Beyonce has teamed up with General Mills to help deliver more than $3.5 million meals to food banks around the country. ‘Giving back was something I was taught at an early age. I truly believe that God blesses us to bless other people,’ said Beyonce.

I always notice on here that whenever the subject of Beyonce is brought up, there is always constant negativity. Why do we need to consider her clothes/fashoin sense? Does this have anything to do with the charity event? Isn’t it obvious that the only reason she is so interested in humanitarian work is because Michael Jackson’s death showcased his love for humanitarian work and Alicia Keys was recently awarded for her outstanding humanitarian work. Everybody knows that Beyonce can’t stand competition so she has to make sure that her face is plastered everywhere. She could care less about being there. This is just another photo op where she is most definitely getting paid millions just to be there.
