Jay-Z and Ciara started their five-city summer tour at The Pearl concert theater at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas on Friday night. Ciara is the opening act for Jay-Z, and they will be performing again at Palms Casino on July 4th.
Jay-Z is set to release his new album The Blueprint 3 in September of this year.

Jay took this copycat on tour only for 5 cities and Fab’s doing the rest. He’s a smart businessman – she’s copying his wife anyway so why not drag her along to dispell the beef amongst the haters to show they have no problems – well at least the Queen doesn’t.
Off topic – read from a BET workers blog that Ciara’s people made her arrive after the Queen on the carpet this year because last year the paps rushed her along and stopped snapping her pics once the QB hit the carpet. OUCH!! LMAO.
