my friend and i had this discussion of which singer(s) could represent OUR generations (90s babies-00s kids) and honestly there really isnt anyone .
when i say OUR generation, we were talking about artists born either in the late 80s-early 90s and are world-renouned artists (r&b/hip-hop/rap) and the list is short, sorry to say but its true.
music back then was so real,so passionate, so exciting!
now everyones sampling everyone, most rappers use autotune and the lyrics keep on getting worse and worse.
will music ever be like it was in the past?

I did a small profile on Jeremih before he blew up a couple months back, and listened to some of his music on his Myspace page – it was pretty decent! I think his album will be solid. These pictures however…he looks uncomfortable and a little off…

He actually can sing live, I saw him at lounge “One” in NYC last night, he was performing “Birthday Sex” looked a little shy and nervous, but did a really good job, my homegirl and I were even surprised. And in my opinion, he look nothing like Kanye..more like a fine ass version of Puffy.
