She is a beautiful girl, but as far as I can tell she hasn’t proven anything to be considered a rising icon. The “turning me on” song was just a 3 word mantra basically that showed no real singing skills, and her other hit was song mostly by neyo and kanye!!! She needs to do more to answer this title. She can’t dance at all.
