Check out this new track from Usher and producer Pharrell Williams, entitled, “Certified”. Earlier this year, we told you Usher was in the studio with Skateboard P, so this comes as no surprise to us.
This track is supposedly off of Usher’s highly anticipated new album, Monster (slated to be in stores later this year) and with all the recent leaks from the album, I must say, it might be a good look for Usher this time around.

This sounds good. Usher has a very nice soothing voice like Brandy, Chantell Moore ,and Tamia! I miss those RNB singers that brought so much emotion to their songs thorugh the voices.

After Usher got married he fell off. I think he took way to long for a new album. 2004 was his peak and he should have milked that for as long as he could. Come 2006 a new album should have been released so he could have had legend potential and then kept it coming. He basically has to recreate the success from Confessions. I do think he had his time and he waited absolutely too long.
This songs sounds like Frontin’ meets Donell Jones You Know What’s Up.

It’s iight, nice and laid back but nothing spectacular. I really do think that Pharrell needs to give it up as a producer because it’s now at the point where all the songs that he producers sound the damn same! Usher has a beautiful male voice but it seems like he’s pretty done with his career.
