NEWS: MORE INFO ON THE MURDER OF STEVE MCNAIR
Wednesday, July 8, 2009

Police in Nashville are confirming that ex-NFL star Steve McNair’s 20-year-old girlfriend/mistress, Sahel Kazemi, killed him before turning the gun on herself. They say they may never know what was going through Sahel Kazemi’s mind when she shot McNair in his condominium, but they say it’s clear it was a murder-suicide.
Police earlier had labeled McNair’s death a homicide, but awaited further tests and investigation before saying for sure what happened. They believe he was asleep on a sofa when Kazemi shot him in the head. She then apparently shot him twice in the chest before shooting him again in the head and then shooting herself.
McNair, a quarterback for the Tennessee Titans most of his career, was shot at a condo he rented with another man. The gun was found underneath Kazemi.
McNair, who was married with 4 kids will reportedly be laid to rest this weekend.

I can’t believe the ignorance on this site. Regardless of whether he cheated or not the man did not deserve to be killed and these chicks know from the jump most dudes not leaving their home for them. They also know what they are doing when they get involved with men who are already with someone else. It doesn’t mean anything because someone meets your family, people bring their man/woman around their families all the time knowing they have no plans to have a future or anything else with them.
And they need better proof than what they have, anyone could have done this and made it look like a murder/suicide. Thats why when it comes to these cases I’m never quite sure they have the right people.

I don’t know why they just didn’t say this from the start. Anyone who pays attention and saw how the Nashville police department laid out the various aspects of the murder could see that this is what they would eventually conclude. I guess they had to make it look good. The story is so ridiculous for the simple fact that according to the background of the woman, and McNair’s own testimony of her character, she was a so-called “independent” woman and was working two jobs on her own before she met McNair. It does not make sense that she would murder him due to financial difficulties when she was probably at the highpoint of her life economically. Doesn’t add up, but it looks good for the public. As far as having “other women”, the so-called Muslim culture has allowances for multiple wives. Just on the simple fact that the case was exposed on July 4th told me that it was a sacrifice, and this weak back-story corroborates that.

I hope all the jump offs in New Haven, CT read this post because they think it’s cute to sleep with married men and that it’s hurting the woman. In reality like you all said the man is not going to leave his wife for them and if he can cheat on a person he made promises to in front of God how can you believe that he will be faithful to you. My husband cheated on me, I left him and he came back begging to come home. I’ve confronted the women as well as my husband but the truth never came out. I despise men who cheat on their women/wife especially when the hoes you are cheating with look a damn mess and have nothing going on for them at all receiving state assistance. I have a vendetta against jumpoffs who think its cute to have a married man really what are you getting out of it. If he dies, you don’t get any benefits all you will ever had is memories of yall fucking. One day you will want to be married and put yourselves in the woman’s shoes. How would you feel if someone you loved and made a promise too cheated on you with any and everybody. I don’t think this man deserved death from his stupidity. He probably was lying to his wife about his whereabouts. Some men are very slick and they have a circle that covers for them. Please let this be a wake up call for ALL MARRIED people. Just leave if you can’t stay committed. It will hurt at first but in the long run you’ll save alot of pain.

I don’t agree with him cheating on his wife, but he didn’t deserve to die this way. He was a great player on the field did many things for his community back in Mississippi and the community of Nashville. He was one of the few players on the NFL to attend an all black college and marry a black woman at that. There were never any heard of problems with him on or off the field. People need respect this man, and that yes he does have a personal life off the field and whatever he chooses to do in his personal life is his business. You can’t give your life to the media, the public, and the fans all the time. Him cheating was is his cross to bear not anyone elses, unfortunately he paid the ultimate price for it.

The Bible says the wages of sin is death. Read it…..it really says that. Going outside of a marriage is a sin. People in those times who committed adultery were put to death. Sleeping with someone you are not married to is fornication….also a sin. He made vows before Godwhen he got married. We think he may not have deserved to die, but the Bible says that is the ultimate outcome no matter who you are. A sin is a sin. There is no such thing as one being any worse than the other. I can be the sweetest person in the world to everyone I know, but if I am doing foul ish behind closed doors, I will be judged accordingly.

I think the police/investigators always try to hold off on speculation until ballistic testing is done….especially in a case that they know will end up being heavily scrutinized. Someone could have easily staged it to make it appear to be a murder/suicide so it’s probably best not to jump to conclusions until they have something to back their statements up with.

What a way to lose your life.. feel sorry for both their families.
Look, first of all, don’t mess with people’s emotions. I say, treat others how you want to be treated. Don’t take advantage of people especially when it comes to matters of the heart. People who knew her said she was nice and cool but something popped off that week after she saw signs that he was prolly going to leave her. Damn shame…
I don’t know why people who can’t keep the snake in its cage or the legs closed to others get married. Just stay single and be a rolling stone. If you want kids, have them but ain’t no point getting married and cheating. And if the temptation is too much, tell the wife and say peace out! I would think that both Jenny Sanford and Mrs. McNair would have appreciated dealing with infidelity in private rather that it getting exposed in such a tragic manner.
Pray for the kids, ya’ll. They are always the ones that suffer the most!

And also, people need to start taking responsibility for the own actions, issues and states of mind.
Ladies, there is not a single man walking on God’s green earth that can lower your self-esteem or mess with your head. Your self-esteem is already low by your damn self and your head already messed up. He can just reinforce the things you are already telling yourself. It is tragic to think that a person would kill another and herself because she was not happy.. I mean, c’mon.. there is only one entity worth giving such passion over and His name is Jesus.. otherwise, please focus on yourself, and love yourself. In that way, he can bless others with whom you are in a relationship with and if it don’t work out.. it will hurt.. A LOT.. but move the heck on and keep stepping… life is too short to go out the way Steve did.. may both he and Sahel rest in peace because they clearly did not have it here on earth

I think everyone’s already said everything on this that I would say but I’m gonna put my 5 cents anyway…
I feel HORRIBLY for his wife and kids… but there is always 3 sides to the story - your story, the other person’s story and the truth. It’s obvious he’s been cheating on his wife and this is definitely not the first time I’m sure… but maybe his wife cheated on him too. Who knows? Regardless, no one deserves to be cheated on, man, woman, husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, fiancee or fiance - NO ONE! If it’s that bad to the point you cannot control your emotions or your loins then LEAAAVVVVEEEE!!!! Don’t put someone through misery cause at that drives people crazy… crazy enough to do sh*t like I don’t know… KILL YOU?!
So let’s just say his wife never cheated, I cannot sit here and honestly empathize with him… wrong does not beget wrong, however marriage is such a sacred thing put together by God that what does one expect when you violate it??? God does not sleep.
I’m sorry he had to go out that way but it will not be the first or last time a mistress does that…

In other words a woman will bring you to a loaf of bread!

Again, what scripture says that a man cannot have multiple wives? That scripture you cited is a parable referring to partaking in other doctrines and beliefs outside of the Truth. That is why the scripture says that the anointed men of the Most High will not have been defiled with “women”, meaning other doctrines (Rev 14:4). The one “loaf of bread” represents being stripped of knowledge and understanding. When you are in a low estate or in captivity, you must beg your enemy for sustenance so that means you must beg them for the “crumbs from their table” (Mark 7:27,28). This is why Christ is known as the “Bread of Life” (John 6:35). It’s parabolic. The issue is having multiple WIVES, not multiple women in this disorderly society, which is whoremongering. If a man can treat all his women well and provide for them, there is NOTHING sinful about it scripturally (Exodus 21:10,11, Deut 21:15, I Chronicles 14:3, etc.). Adultery is when a man sleeps with another MARRIED woman (Deut 22:22). If he sleeps with a so-called SINGLE woman, she becomes his wife (Exodus 22:16). The difference has to be clarified because too many women use situations like this to express their bitterness, and justify their ownership of a man with the false belief that women and men are equal in the eyes of the Most High, which is not scriptural (I Corinthians 11:3).
@PHILLYJAWN
Regardless of that, I still don’t believe the story and it doesn’t affect a man’s ability to deal with more than one woman IN ORDER. Furthermore, I’m not a so-called “Christian”. That is a slave belief system.

107. I’ma Diva,
Does wisdom imply that we should be careful who we give our email address to??
And, men who take on multiple wives find themselves cut off from God and perishing in the universal deluge.
How arrogant must a man be to want to rule over multiple wives?:
“Come here wives, so I can give you my instrustructions and orders. Sit down and listen to me! There are too many of you to establish relationships with, so I will just have to lay down my law! I know how to bully you and my twisted way of thinking says that God will back me up because I am the head of the household. Don’t think or do anything without asking me first.”
God “gave” Adam one wife, but five generations later, Adam’s great grandson name Lamech “took” him two wives and the practice of polygamy began. Lemech was the fourth generation grandson to Cain, who we know killed his brother Abel. Lemech had the nerve to think that he could kill a man for just hurting or wounding him and God was on his side. Polygamist are murderous, arrogant and twisted thinkers!
Multiple wives is not God’s will!

I would still attend the services because if it is about other people, they will talk regardless. She still has her kids to be there for, and all the memories of their life together, good and bad. I’m sure she is strong enough to handle it and what she is lacking the MAN of above will provide the rest. Besides, at this point he is gone, there is nothing she can do to him it’s all in the Lord’s hands now and being bitter is not good for her.
I do like the new Bentley as transportation to the services!
Just because the husband cheated, that has nothing to do with the wife. I say that because you can do everything you should and that he wants you to do, if that person wants to step out, they will. You can “put it down” in the bedroom, give your whole check, cook and clean, if they want to “play” outside to the home all they need is some who is willing to play with them.

arabic and indians dont joke, they are sensitive and cant take pressure, it is part of their custom to commit suicide who makes him think he was so special? We are sorry it ended this way but American men play a lot of games and american women take it likely. Arabic, Caribbean and African women take things seriously. Arabic will kill, Caribbean may fix your ass or leave you with marks for life and africans too, they demand respect and dont like the game they dont go for the loose and slack lifestyle, but nost americas would buss a window and head to jail screaming and shouting. Women need to not take shitt from men.I pray God help his family during this rough time. She didnt have to kill him but she choose to. If this never happened he would have comtinued his games. Good for you sis. Let’s understand one thing, the Bible is not open for personal interpretation. We should not be interested in emotionality, only knowledge, wisdom, and understanding which is what the Word of the Lord is dealing with. Emotionality is derived from carnality. That’s why I had to note how this creature, Meat, did not cite scripture, only paraphrase a belief that he imputed on myself (out of jealousy as usual) (Prov 27:4). The issue is the biblical LEGALITY of having multiple wives, not what one’s opinion is. I felt compelled to address that because many of these sisters have attempted to allege that McNair committed a “sin”, in order to justify their erroneous belief that a woman is equal to a man and to change the definition of “adultery”. No, he did not commit adultery because he maintained that Iranian woman, who was single, as one would a wife. This is where people, particularly so-called Christians, err in their study of the Word. The Lord does not care about anyone’s opinion and it will lead to their destruction (Prov 16:25).
The Bible is deathly serious and should be treated as such, not as a crux to verify one’s own vain opinion. A man can have multiple wives, one wife, or NO WIVES….none of those are offences to the Most High. The offences come when a man sleeps with another man’s woman or engages in frivolous sex without the intent of maintaining a relationship. That is whoremongering. Furthermore, there are no scriptures that associate wickedness with multiple wives, lol. Solomon was turned aside by his concubines, women of the other races. Adam had one wife, as did Isaac, but Jacob, Abraham, and David had multiple wives. Paul and Christ had no wives at all…..and Lamech was NOT the first man with two wives, lol, the same way that Adam and Eve were NOT the first man and woman. All were men of the Lord because they upheld his statutes with a pure heart. Many sisters attempt to associate righteousness with devotion to ONE WOMAN because this society teaches women that they should be worshiped. It is idolatry.
@Halcyon
When I use a word, it is because I am speaking to or of that demographic. Words like “whore” are only used where applicable. A lady is not offended in this day and age in the use of that word, because she is just as offended at this culture of whoredom as a man is. It has literally destroyed the family unit, this promotion of “female empowerment and equality”. This is why many of these women are so bitter now. They are whores trying to be wives and the two don’t mix.

I feel bad for everybody besides Sahel. Even Steve because he didn’t deserve what he got. All the reaping what you sow comments are just contrived bullshit because it doesn’t apply to this situation. Reaping what you sow mean you deserve what you get in return. Steve doesn’t deserve to get 2 bullets in his skull, I don’t care what anybody says. For those that say that are self-righteous bigots and hypocrites that are in desperate need of a lobotomy. Amusement galore @ how retarded people can be at times.
Majority of the people commenting on here are the average to non football fans and to those people Steve legacy would be defined off of this murder-suicide tragedy. But to real football fans Steve will be remembered for how great of a football player, and the humanitarian he was. He helped Katrina victims and is a big contributor in the Tennessee community.
His personal life is his personal business. Non of you know him nor related to him and don’t know the full situation of his marriage, I find it hard to believe he can go on all these trips, be gone that much, take pictures on these trips without shying away from the camera and not have been separated or have any problems within his marriage.Athletes, celebrities, and even regular 9-5 working people cheat all the time. So it’s nothing new. I don’t condone adultery but I damn sure don’t condone judging zealously and throwing stones at people bad decisions because we all are fallible. Just be blessed that your bad decisions in the past haven’t cost you your life.
