Singer Rihanna and mogul Jay-Z spotted chatting at Tao Nightclub at around 2 am celebrating the fourth of July. She attended the Jay-Z & Ciara concert Friday evening.

Jay-Z and Ciara started their five-city summer tour at The Pearl concert theater at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas on Friday night. Ciara is the opening act for Jay-Z, and they will be performing again at Palms Casino on July 4th.
Jay-Z is set to release his new album The Blueprint 3 in September of this year.
