That was not a joke, he was serious about that, he was asked if the procedure would be expensive and he said “money isn’t an issue” so he was serious, I’m sure until a doctor told his ass that’s going over board for some simple tattoo removal. He just has more money then he knows what to do with, that’s the problem.
