Singer/performer Chris Brown was spotted arriving at a recording studio in Hollywood on Thursday afternoon. The star is currently working on his 3rd studio album.
Earlier this week, he caused an internet buzz for publicly apologizing for the February assault incident that involved his former girlfriend Rihanna.

Hope he’s getting some counseling; Certainly not a fan of domestic violence. It’s probably not the first time this happened either but it’s the only time it has been in the media. Who knows what he was doing prior to him being a celeb. Guess we can only pray for him and hope he won’t continue to be a batterer.
By no means am I saying what he did was right because under no circumstances should a man put his hands on a woman. But we as black people are so judgemental of our own people. He’s a child and still has some growing up to do. Instead of people criticizing him they should try to be there and make sure it doesn’t happen again. I’m sure he’s sorry and has learned his lesson so we need to lay off. The boy is talented regardless of what people say. The same ones that are talking noise will be the sames ones that get his new cd. If you’re tired of seeing him scroll past him no one is forcing you to make a comment. Other races do far worse stuff than we do but they always back their people up and give them a second chance. Stop being so critical of our own people because we already catch enough hell in this world as it is. He doesn’t owe anything to anyone but god rihanna and himself.

The simple fact of the matter is that ppl don’t have to actually forget about what happened. Yes, he is human, but when he signed on to become an international superstar, he chose to give up the luxury of being a simple, everyday human being. Chris Brown is not you or me, he’s a CELEBRITY. And with that comes a completely different set of rules and standards. And he F***** up. He was the one who tried to sell himself as the “All American” sweet and innocent young man. And now he’s tarnished. Oh well.
And say what you want, but white American will applaud you and lift you up as long as your singing, dancing, and entertaining them. But mess around and do something stupid or faulty, and they will tear you down and bring you back down to earth. He will NEVER have the kind of shine that he had before with white ppl in the media. And let’s be honest, they are who calls the shots and run the show.
