“I have to admit I love my hair long, but trying shorter is fun too because with fashion and with women, our hair is our way of us expressing ourselves. That’s kind of what I felt and that’s what inspired me to go short.” [SOURCE]

The difference with Ciara and Rihanna’s haircut is that Rihanna took a risk when she cut her hair and she actually CUT her hair. Ciara wanted to see how much attention she could get so she threw on a wig and pretended like it’s a new look.
Bottom line is….as much as i hate Rihanna and think shes an untalented mess…her style is edgy and she takes alot of fashion risks. Ciara always plays it safe, not taking the risk to atcually cut her hair off….she dont have the style that Beyonce and Rihanna have.
