Rihanna wears Love/Hate Convertible Chain sunglasses in black as she leaves Philippe Chow restaurant in NYC. The singer was carrying a Balenciaga Brilliant Pouchette Bague and rocked Giuseppe Zanotti For Balmain Fall 09′ Boots with her J Brand ripped skinny jeans.
Rihanna caught some fire from authorities last week after she was spotted tattooing without a license. She apparently did three tattoos that evening – including one on her personal tattoo artist Bang Bang – with a umbrella on his lower leg at his shop.

I wish that CL would’ve posted that story of Rihanna doing illegal tattooing seperately. I can’t believe those tattoo artists would let her perform her first tattoo art on them!
