I think they both rocked it in their own way.

Keri DOES NOT look normal/confortable in those clothes. Like she’s trying to be fashionable but failing miserably. To me, she seems to be “swagga’ jackin’” someones style – (Rihanna).
That is just my opinion, don’t take it out of context.

Keri, because they go with the outfit. A wedge is a hard shoe to pull off and for some reason many women think they ‘go’ with anything.

That is the best Keri has EVER looked. No, wait. Usher’s wife’s styling for the “Love in this Club” video was the best (and how ironic that they said the woman tried to make Keri look bad!). Keri is SO tacky and childish. Kelly looks great here, but it’s close. Prob Kelly for more sophisticated look.
