Keri is not hardly from the hood. She grew up in a upper middle class family. Her “hood image” was contrieved by the record company because the audience was rejecting her pop style. The reason why Keri’s style is so Ciara-ish is probably because she is working with Ciara’s old team. It’s evident Keri’s label wanted her to pick up where Ciara left off.
To say everyone is dressed like it’s 50 degrees because the video will be shown in the fall is B.S. These celebs dress like this every day when it’s boiling outside, especially in LA.
