The dress is nice, love the white, except for the necklace but Ciara just doesn’t do it for me. That hair do has been played out and she still looks very masculine and bony at the same time. You can really tell on her legs, they looked aged. I think getting more publicity is actually working against her. I get more bored every time I see her now-a-days.
