And yes you should make it work, however one thing everyone forgot to mention is God is a forgiving God. If you come to him with an open heart and repent of your sins and mean that he will forgive you. No one is to judge, but him. Know your maker and believe in what he says. Read your bible and go to church. Shoot go to bible study so you can hear the word and understand it. As I read in Matthew 19:3-9 Some Pharisees came to him to test him. Man Halle is aging, i remember when I first saw her in her first movie. As far as her not getting married that’s her choice, but she’s just cheating herself, out of what a real relationship can be. Anyone with real expectations knows you’re not married forever, and that anything can happen in a marriage. You get married because you really love this person and want to spend the rest of your life with this person. Getting married is making a covenant, and that covenant is between you and your spouse and GOD. when you honor your covenant GOD can then bless you because of that covenant. When you don’t well all I know is most divorce’s aren’t a pleasant thing to go through. As for her if that’s how she chooses to live her life there’s nothing I can say but that it’s sad that she’s gone thru the relationships she has, that bring her to this desicion. Sad that some of the men couldn’t keep their hands themselves or penis in their pants, and sad that most likely she provoked those reactions.
Marriage is an istitution, it is neither fixed or broken, rich nor poor. It only becomes what the people in that institution make it. When a marriage doesn’t last, it’s not that it (marriage didn’t work) it’s that the people in it couldn’t compromise, and communicate, they or at least one of them was selfish. People don’t stay the same their differences and opinions change. Being that, a marriage can be like the day your first started dating your spouse, everyday of the marriage if you take the time to work at it and keep things new. For those wanting to get married, don’t have unrealistic dreams of grandure, when you wake up in the morning your breath will stink so expect your spouses to stink, you take dumps and they stink, so expect the same from your spouse.
All I’m saying is be realistic.
I absolutely ABHOR when others judge and impose their religious beliefs on others assuming that another is doomed for this or that because they don’t follow your belief system. There is no such thing as FOREVER! All things end. Even relationships and Marriages. Worry yourself with your own life. The bible you believe in that was written by mortal men who DIED also tells you not to judge. But you still do. None of you can send her to hell or even predict that this is her fate. So stop it! It’s silly. Believe what you want but don’t judge or condemn. That’s why there are so many non-believers. Because the so call believers who commit the most sin always threatening you with hell.

I’m sorry that you have been exposed to that type of person. They weren’t showing you the essence of a true Christian when it comes to swearing the next min after telling you about children in Africa. But I reassure you that no Christian is perfect. They are human. Being a Christian is a process. It is a righteous walk. But just as when a person is normally walking or following a certain direction sometimes they get off track. The intent is to strive to be on track with God at all times; however sometimes you falter.
As for Grease. I understand what she was trying to say. I don’t believe she was trying to give off a holier than thou vibe. She was stating her beliefs and her own example in efforts to try to make those that thought she was judging understand. The truth is that Halle is living in sin from a biblical standpoint and that is what a Christian follows. I believe that judging kicks in when we start to say or predict whether or not she is going to heaven or hell. Halle is most likely not a saved christian so it would not be her intent to follow the Bible. However, I as a Christian know that the Bible is the word of God. Who are we to judge, some of you say. It’s not that you’re judging, it is that you see the written Word regarding divorce and remarriage and it is the essence of a Christian life to base your information by that Word. Some of you may disregard the Bible and do not believe in God. And you know what, no one can force you to do so. You may say “ahh well the Bible was written by men; those Christians think they are right and know everything.” But at some point in a person’s life you will have to choose what and who you will serve. God is the way, He is the truth and He is life. Don’t base your experience with Christianity off of a bad church that you went to or a supposed Christian friend that showed you a false view of Christianity.
