I don’t know why I didn’t guess this…..but my cousin and I went 2 see him @ THE NEW REGAL THEATER in Chicago Sunday night. He was great….singing. The venue was ghetto, I was not happy with the set up. We had close to front row seats but people from behind started running to the front and it took a long time for the security who was as tall as a 12 year old to come and make them sit in there purchased seats. We almost left, I apologized to my cousin and told her I would make it up. We sat….when everyone stood, texting, and I was TWITTERING about the bad time I was having. I’m new to the concert thing, but now knw that I will not go back there for a show. THE ARIE CROWN THEATER @ MICORMICK PLACE IS COOL! AND THE UNITED CENTER ( where I saw Madonna from the sky box….didn’t wanna go @ 1st, but it was AMAZING!)

You could not be more wrong. The man is talented. I think the problem is that you don’t know what talent is. You are simply silly so U think talent is studio manipulated voices and a catchy hook. You fail to see it for what it is, which is straight from the diaphram good singing…ie Trey Songz, Jamie Foxx, Neyo etc…

And for the record, I agree that R. Kelly is a good singer. However, think about his career, singing topless, grinding on women at his concerts. He sells it and people buy it. So when Kelly does it it’s okay, but when Trey( or other celebs) do it it’s not. How about Usher? I think we can all agree he is talented, that man dropped his pants at one of his concerts. Hell Micheal Jackson wowed the ladies with his pelvic thrust. The fact is that all these men can sing (very well) and they put on shows that people pay to see (sex sells, that’s a fact)

You are correct in saying that these men have all taken off their shirts. But we can also agree that is not ALL they they do. If you have female fans and you have a nice body (even if you don’t) women like to see a good show.

But Kelly, Jackson and Usher have proven TALENT. They men have all SOLD MILLIONS of CD and they are all creative. But Trey is not in that league and he NEVER will be.

Jay Z was talking in XXL about his RECORD his STATS and Trey I’m afraid is not in that league. If he look at his STATS dude is a FLOP. His CD’s never sell and there is a reason for that. He’s more often than not NAKED on Stage and that has become a JOKE. When Songz can get creative and sell some records then tell me how Talented he is. He is not even close to the people we just talked about but he is to Omarion, Sammy, and Birthday Sexy Dude. Raunchy losers with no real talent.

How long has Usher, R. Kelly, Micheal Jackson been in the game? They didn’t start off on the the top. It takes time to reach the level of these talented men. Did Usher, Kelly and other talented vocalist not struggle in the beginning of their careers? I am sure there were a lot of people who doubted them. Look at them now. Trey sings well, better then several in the biz, he has more potential then most, ie the Sammie’s and Omarion’s of the world. You can try to deny his vocal talent if you like, you’re wrong, but Hey that’s your opinion.
