Winner of UK singing competition The X Factor ‘08, Alexandra Burke’s new single has recently leaked on the internet. The track, entitled “Bad Boys” features rapper Flo Rida and premiered on BBC Radio on Tuesday afternoon.
Burke signed a $3.5 million deal with Epic US back in March and her debut album is expected to hit stores in the U.K. in October. No word on a U.S. release date yet.
Heard 1 sec of this song and thought it’s not worth listening to the rest. Alex loved you on The X Factor but this song is not going to help you be a star. I feel bad for Alex because she appeared on The X Factor so her success will be compared to fellow alumni Leona. If she’s coming with this mess she going to keep coming up second best, sorry.

posion ivy just has nicca ears thats all she doesn’t really need to appeal to urban radio to be a success you need to appeal to top 40 to be a success which this is! afer a second listen i’m hooked! it sounds like something from the birdcage though!
if she was looking to be a crossover….and not R&B, this was the song. It gives off Rihanna (before she went bad). Good vocals, nice production, catchy chours…I hope it shoots her to the top.

Obviously the music industry is evolving and so is the sound, and Ms Alexandra Burke has got it down to a T. The sound will grow me, however its a hit! And she can sing!!!
