Goapele is still beautiful and a great independent artiste but why the hell would she jump on the electronic auto tune band wagon, this is crazy, where is the friggin integrity and originality in music. Why are the people behind the artist’s controlling them. LET’s PUSH THINGS FORWARD

I like GOAPELE. I support her. I like the song over all, coulda done without the autotune though. It’s making music sound too mechanized. No feeling. A splash of it was cool but it seems like the industry wants us to OD on it. So what’s next? If AUTOTUNES is processed and the industry is FUBAR right now, could this be the beginnings of labels getting songwriters to write and get computers to perform the material and then just hire sexy people to act/dance/lip sync the song? Then there wouldnt be a need to pay artists? Far fetched? Too many trees? Thinkaboutit.

The video was ok, but I’m starting like the track more and more. The auto tune part bothered me a little bit a first, but this is growing on me. Her voice is soothing, she reminds me of Sade in a way.

The Video was … cheap.. the lip syncing was bad.. and whatever it was in her mouth was distracting … that’ my 2 cent, the song is cool, the video doesn’t sell it though, makes Goapela look she ride a short bus, no offense to the short bus riders.

I like the song!! But is there something wrong with the audio, or is it suppose to sound like that? Regardless it’s nice and she has a great voice.

the video is terrible… the auto tune and lipsynching is not on point… the song has a good vibe but I couldn’t recite the words if someone was paying me one million bucks to do so… The clarity is off and she’ll have a hard time topping “Closer”….

Love the song, and though the autotune and slightly sexier clothing seem a little bit like a sellout to me, i think they complement the song. and i want the name of her hairstylist and make-up artist - those cornrows were ON POINT!!!
