For one, the beat goes on forever in the beginning - she doesn’t start rappin’ till like 38 seconds. Usually I don’t really mind when artists do that but this beat is veryy annoying.

Don’t give her any kudos. This has nothing to do w/ thinking outside the box, or being original. This is about one thing, and that is money! It IS very UK… Maybe some of you all should check out those UK artist who do this type of music. It’s always great to know what you’re talking about or have some sort of reference point before making such disparaging comments. Personally, I think the beat was great (for this genre of music). However, I don’t think she sounds particularly convincing on it. Still, I suggest looking into artist like Kano and Dizzy Rascal. You may gain a new perspective on what Eve was doing here. G’day!

Techno & Electro is the sh*t ! i like the song it’s very different from the usual Eve. There is a reason why everyone is heading that direction it’s an international sound that many people can appreciate and it’s very avant garde. Plain old hip hop beats just aren’t going to cut it anymore. Kudos.
