According to published reports, Michael Jackson’s personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, will be charged with manslaughter within the next two weeks following a search warrant to be executed next week in order to gather more evidence against him.
Jackson’s longtime dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, will also be hit with charges related to medical malpractice. A law enforcement source said investigators are still building their case against Klein, and he will not be arrested for at least another two weeks.
In an online video recorded last Wednesday and posted yesterday, Murray released his first public comment since Jackson’s death. In it, the doctor thanked his supporters and said, “I told the truth, and I have faith the truth will prevail.”
I wouldn’t have a doctor who had a voice like that!

It was negligence on his part, resulting in the death of his patient. Regardless of the fact that it was MJ, if it was anybody, he was still in the wrong. You are a doctor and you know the effects this drug has on somebody! I’m a QMA and I have to follow the same procedures when it comes to giving somebody meds. Always check their pulse and observe them to see how the drug takes effect. It’s sad, but it’s the truth. He was wrong all the way around the board.

Other that, MJ had NO CONTACT with him as a physician. this man was HIRED by AEG to kill Michael Jackson that’s why they had him on their payroll. AEG told MJ that this doctor can help monitor his HEART as he prepared for this concert; thus, the reason he had a cardiologist. Why would MJ hire a cardiologist to give him Dipravan/Propofol for $150,000/month? He could have just hired an Anestesiologist. When they started prescribing him drugs in other people names and giving him drugs that they new had very harsh side effects even possibly death they threw the oath out the window for those dollars. He should have stayed in the room with him to monitor, then everything would have been fine. The requirements of Propofol is you MUST monitor the patient the whole duration that IV is in the system. Just a couple of drops too much of that stuff can be fatal, that is how serious the drug is. He probably put him to sleep, left the room and fell asleep on his own and forgot to set his “check-up alarm” or something, woke up an hour or two too late and discovered the damage. Then he panics and does cpr immediately on the bed when he was supposed to put him on the ground for stability, discovers no pulse and that he is really gone, panics some more and tries to come up with a story, and once he has one after about 4 hrs, he gets someone to dial 911 and has that person read a cue card over the phone. He thinks he did the right thing by not saying too much, but he wound up doing the exact opposite, especially not communicating effectively to the Jackson family. I still can’t figure out why would someone who can afford the best treatment for insomnia could be so desperate for sleep to put your life at risk every night like this, I mean it is just scary to think about it. And the fact that Murray isn’t an anesthesiologist makes it even worse. Hollywood really isn’t all glitz and glamor.

This is justice for Michael Jackson.My older brother is a Doctor and he has been telling us for years ,how corrupt the medical profession is and how a lot of Doctors that he has worked with are drug addicts and how they write illegal prescriptions for some patients.

Yes he should be charged! He illegally gave an anesthetic when there was no surgery. Waited all that time before calling 911, trying to cover up. And now the crook is going to blame MJ. And with anesthesia you must have an accurate weight. Bet this nut didn’t even re-weigh him. MJ was running on empty. He was eating so called healthy, drinking juice for breakfast, but did not increase calories that his body needed for all the energy he had to use to walk let alone prepare for a concert. MJ was an addict and this trial would put all doctors and the medical community on notice to not misuse your authority and trust. Murray should have used the trust MJ had in him to commit MJ to a rehab and let MJ know, like the former nutritionist/nurse, that this med would kill you. Everybody was scared to tell MJ out of fear they would be fired, but now they dont have a job anyway. That is why MJ was looking so bad in his later years from the side effects of these drugs.
