SPOTTED: RUBEN STUDDARD IN WASHINGTON D.C.

American Idol Season 2 winner Ruben Studdard was spotted out and about around Georgetown in Washington D.C. this weekend. I haven’t seen him a minute!

Ruben recently released his third studio album, Love Is, on Hickory Records. The singer also got married last year (peep photos from the ceremony here).
