SPOTTED: JAY-Z LEAVING DINNER IN WEST HOLLYWOOD

A lonesome Jay-Z strolls out of West Hollywood’s Katsuya restaurant on Friday night.

Jay just finished the preliminary filming for his new video with Kanye West and Rihanna. “Run This Town” is the 2nd single off of his highly anticipated new album, The Blueprint III (in stores on September 11th).
