Young Money artist Shanell, the sultry, triple-threat performer has given us an exclusive listen to her new track, “Play In My Band,” featuring Lil’ Wayne, produced by Willy Will.
Shanell, who has been in the game for quite some time, penning hits for Lil’ Wayne and Kelis, just to name a few, will release A Taste of Shanell, a first listen at the sexier, softer side of Young Money. While working on her debut album, Shanell is also performing alongside Wayne and the rest of Young Money on their America’s Most Wanted tour.
Shanell also tag-teams with former Danity Kane starlet, Aubrey O’Day for a fun-filled girl-on-girl of Eddie Murphy and Rick James’s 1985 hit, “Party All the Time,” produced by Grammy Award-winning producer, Maestro.

The 42-year-old actress recently shared about her first encounter with her 32-year-old model-boyfriend with Daily Mail:
“We clicked instantly. And yes, he’s not at all bad on the eyes. I don’t know if younger men are easier to get on with because they’re not so set in their ways; all I know is that he’s easy for me to get along with.”
The couple have a one year old daughter, Nahla Aubrey, together.
